Journal Overview

The Curette Oncology provides a focused forum for research spanning the cancer continuum, from biologically grounded discovery to clinical care and survivorship.

It connects laboratory, translational, clinical, computational, and population perspectives that contribute to understanding malignancy or improving cancer care.

Aims & Scope

The journal welcomes cancer and tumor biology, molecular oncology, genetics and genomics, biomarkers, pathology, imaging, liquid biopsy, and precision oncology. Translational studies should connect biological insight or analytical methods with a meaningful oncology question.

Clinical scope includes medical, surgical, and radiation oncology; immuno-oncology and targeted therapy; resistance, metastasis, tumor microenvironment, trials, outcomes, supportive and palliative oncology, and survivorship. Prevention and epidemiology are welcomed when cancer is central.

Readers include cancer researchers, oncologists, surgeons, pathologists, radiologists, trialists, allied professionals, and population scientists. Computational work should include appropriate biological or clinical validation.

Scope boundary

Studies using cancer datasets without a substantive oncology question or adequate validation are outside scope. General health-system work should make its cancer relevance clear.

For Authors

Before submission, confirm that the manuscript addresses this journal’s scope, uses an article type supported by current editorial policy, and includes complete authorship, funding, conflict, ethics, consent, data-availability, preprint, and AI disclosures where applicable.

Not every Curette journal necessarily considers every article type. The shared directory describes supported formats without creating unannounced word, figure, reference, or processing-time limits.

Editorial Information

Editorial information will be displayed as appointments are formally confirmed. No editor, affiliation, credential, or board membership should be inferred before verified information appears here.

Editorial decisions are independent and based on scope, scholarly merit, research integrity, ethical compliance, and the evidence available through assessment and review.
