Translational studies should connect biological insight or analytical methods with a meaningful oncology question.Clinical scope includes medical, surgical, and radiation oncology; immuno-oncology and targeted therapy; resistance, metastasis, tumor microenvironment, trials, outcomes, supportive and palliative oncology, and survivorship. Prevention and epidemiology are welcomed when cancer is central.Readers include cancer researchers, oncologists, surgeons, pathologists, radiologists, trialists, allied professionals, and population scientists. Computational work should include appropriate biological or clinical validation.
